It offers increased control convenience and value as well. The temperature you set will be maintained to within one degree and a permanent memory is included in case of a power failure. The 1F83-277 universal non-programmable thermostat by White Rodgers features a 40 percent larger 2.2 square inch lighted LCD display that improves low-light viewing and has better contrast for easier reading. It is dual powered which means it can be hardwired or run on batteries. Two AA alkaline batteries are included with the thermostat that have a two year life.With the 1F83-277 thermostat setpoint minimum and maximum temperature limits are possible as well as indefinite setpoint holds. A one year warranty comes standard.
